i actually saw them start the work on this a few weeks back .. but i never knew what it was cos i never really "look up" when i walk past it every single day (from across the road).

but yesterday after work, i had to pick a parcel up with DD, when she suddenly screamed excitedly for me to stand in the middle so she could take a shot.

so yeah, now i know what they were working on.
