i don't really like Eight Avenue so far .. the area feels like a cheap ripoff of East Vic Park. yes, there are nice cafes around (and plenty uhm-kind ones), but they're too expensive for everyday lunch. so today, i decided to explore further down and found a decent Coles and IGA and .. came across this spot just outside Maylands Library.

this now will be my lunchtime spot, perfect to read my book!
