i need my routines. but over the last 30 years or so, i've learned to be more flexible, especially when taking on something new, by making the act of tweaking my routines .. a routine.
but i can't tell you exactly why i said yes to being part of Engineers Australia WA Diversity & Inclusion committee, advising on Neurodiverse inclusion in WA, with the amazing Emily Kendall. and i can't (yet) define my endgame.
but one of my hopes is to have the support in spreading awareness and education for all sides on how to deal with the unfamiliarity in the workplace.
here's to a fruitful year ahead! and oh .. Gong Xi Fa Cai. Ang Pow Na Lai!
