i was on about 60% battery when i started my ride this morning. missed the turn to South Perth after Elizabeth Quay, but figured i should just follow the bike path to UWA. but problem is .. when it's below 50%, the electronics kicks in to reduce the max speed to conserve energy. guess that's how they can claim a range of 65km on one charge.

but crusing slower than 25km/h all the way is .. just not as fun. so i turned back, made the turn to South Perth, and still had a good Sunday morning ride.
