just this one section of Wellington Street closed off .. and all traffic hell has broken loose in the CBD. buses are literally lining up all the way down to Beaufort St (short bus intervals for Uni). St Georges affected too, since buses that ply that section of Wellington, now have to go through here and compete with the other usual bus routes.
