my May 2025 reading summary, via StoryGraph( greeniepunk )

since the start of May, i started a new routine - reading short stories and novellas on my transit to and from work.

i was previously reading my currents on the bus rides. while not ideal .. i do get a decent chunk of pages in. but ever since we moved office, i had to take the train, which is only 2 stops to the office, and .. the "transit read" was just not substantial enough.

and then back home, i switch back to my current reads.

and it's working really well so far. other than being able to "clock in" more books .. it got me to read a wider variety too.

so yeah. it's why you see here, me reading more books in a month, but still at about the same number of pages.
