we've been using Paste Thai for a few of our events which required a small simple feed or nibbles. but for the first time this past 4 days, i got them to cater for a 4 day lunch menu classroom event run by HiLogic .. with a different menu each day, and accommodating dietary needs like vegan, vegetarian, GF, lactose free, etc.

i am more than happy to report that all the attendees raved about the taste. you should definitely give Paste Thai a go.
