saw this on the weekend at Boffins - John Scalzi's Starter Villain, large format paperback, for the price of a small format (mass media) format. it's got some minor blemishes, and has that "bent book" issue. but .. i somehow managed to hold off the temptation.

i have read the book. but on my list is the "cat portrait" hardcover version, which is quite expensive at about 60 AUD. but somehow yesterday, while in the office, i made the decision to get it.

and so i did.
